  • Research conducted to determine if community attitudes toward a college are affected by a newsletter. Research results presented at Annual Conference of National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education, Washington, D.C., spring 1989, and published in Proceedings of conference.
  • "The Impact of Newsletters on Community Attitudes: The Case of an Historically Black College," Journal of Marketing for Higher Education, a refereed journal, with Barbara Bart and Jane Philbrick; Vol. 4, Numbers 1/2, 1993, pp. 339-350.
  • Textbook reviewer for boyd and fraser publishing company
  • 1995 - Author of section of Department of Education Title III grant for establishment of Computer Learning Center, (now the Center for Teaching and Learning) on campus for teaching Savannah State University administrators, faculty, and staff to use computer hardware and software and how to use the internet in instruction
  • 1996 - Author of section of Title III grant to continue for an additional year. Grant awarded.
